Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our Legal team. This position is responsible for preparing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating agreements from drafting through execution, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the resolution process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the RV industry is a plus but not required.
Essential Responsibilities:
Draft, prepare, and process a variety of legal and business agreements, including but not limited to: Loaner Agreements Storage Agreements Settlement and Release Agreements Buyback Agreements (with and without repurchase) Substitution of Collateral Agreements Warranty Extension Agreements Canadian Compliance documentation As-Is RV Sale Agreements Trademark Agreements Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to execution. Coordinate the signature process with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring all required signatures are obtained and properly archived. Pull, organize, and maintain customer case files and supporting documentation from the company's CRM system. Maintain electronic case files and ensure all documentation is uploaded accurately and timely. Track outstanding agreements and proactively follow up with vendors, dealers, and internal departments until documents are fully executed. Assist with legal case administration by organizing timelines, supporting documentation, and correspondence. Manage the company's trademark compliance program, including tracking agreements, maintaining records, and monitoring compliance requirements. Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and other administrative tools used to monitor case status, legal agreements, and department metrics. Prepare correspondence and other legal support documents as requested. Assist with special projects and process improvements within the Legal department. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customers, legal, and company information. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Paralegal Certificate or equivalent paralegal experience strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of paralegal, legal assistant, contract administration, or related experience preferred. RV, automotive, manufacturing, or warranty administration experience is a plus. Experience drafting legal agreements and coordinating document execution. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Docusign. Experience working with CRM or case management software is preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Knowledge of contract preparation and legal documentation. Experience managing legal records and document retention. Advanced Excel skills for creating trackers and reports. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Attributes Professional and customer focused.
