Duties Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports Organize and maintain filing systems—both electronic and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of case files and important documents Assist with calendar management by scheduling meetings, court dates, appointments, and deadlines to keep attorneys on track Perform data entry tasks accurately into various databases such as case management software or spreadsheets Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, or in person to provide excellent customer service Support office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support to ensure a productive work environment Qualifications Proven clerical experience or office experience in a professional setting; legal office experience is a plus but not required Strong computer skills with proficiency Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Demonstrated typing speed with high accuracy; proofreading skills are essential for document review Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of office management practices including filing, data entry, calendar management, and document preparation Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us in delivering exceptional support within a vibrant legal team!
