Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Must be self-motivated, able to multitask, and have good communications skills.
Responsibilities include:
preparing documents, organizing/maintaining files, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients/courts, and e-filing documents.
Should possess the following skills:
Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Compensation will be based upon experience.
