This position supports real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects, along with corporate and commercial legal matters, reporting directly to the General Counsel / Chief Commercial Officer. - 7+ years of experience in a paralegal role, with significant hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects
- Experience working directly with commercial/business teams on contract negotiation
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms (specifically GC AI, Claude, Docusign, SharePoint, or similar)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- High degree of discretion given direct access to General Counsel and senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification
