The ideal candidate will support attorneys across various practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and workers' compensation law. This role involves managing legal documents, conducting research, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient case management and legal operations. The Paralegal will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our legal processes and assisting with client interactions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research. Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Manage case files and document review processes Support litigation activities through document review, data entry, and case organization. Prepare summaries of case files and assist supervisors. Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Organize and manage legal administrative tasks including filing, proofreading, transcription, and data entry. Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing communications with clients and courts. Assist in the management of legal projects related to estate planning, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury claims, patent filings, securities transactions, tribal regulations, and other practice areas as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a legal administrative role with familiarity across multiple practice areas. Strong research skills in various research platforms. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Attention to detail in proofreading and transcription tasks. Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions. Experience with contract review, document management systems, data entry, filing procedures, and clerical tasks. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Strong organizational skills to support project management across diverse legal areas.
