Your Job This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional with expertise supporting complex litigation , employment, EH&S, and eDiscovery matters . As legal technology, AI, and data-driven workflows continue to transform the legal industry, you will play an important role in supporting a broad range of legal matters and managing critical eDiscovery activities across multiple practice areas. You will work directly with attorneys, business clients, outside counsel, eDiscovery service/technology providers , and other Legal & Compliance Capability team members to manage matters throughout the lifecycle , including litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory-related work. What You Will Do

• Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, regulatory, and other legal matters, partnering with business clients, attorneys, outside counsel, and other Legal Capability team members.
• Take primary responsibility for select legal matters, partnering directly with attorneys and outside counsel on matter strategy, witness preparation, mediation support, risk assessment, and resolution recommendations
• Manage legal matters and associated eDiscovery activities, including data preservation, collection, data analytics, review, and attention to the needs of litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory and production
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders , outside counsel, and service providers to develop practical, defensible, and cost-effective approaches to eDiscovery and information management challenges.
• Conduct investigations, witness interviews, legal research, and fa ct analysis in support of litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Participate in and provide support for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including preparation of exhibits, case materials, and litigation support resources.
• Apply legal technology, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and innovative workflows to improve discovery outcomes, manage risk, and increase op.
