Job Description
- Provide legal support across litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, regulatory, and other legal matters, partnering with business clients, attorneys, outside counsel, and other Legal Capability team members.
- Take primary responsibility for select legal matters, partnering directly with attorneys and outside counsel on matter strategy, witness preparation, mediation support, risk assessment, and resolution recommendations
- Manage legal matters and associated eDiscovery activities, including data preservation, collection, data analytics, review, and attention to the needs of litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory and production
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders , outside counsel, and service providers to develop practical, defensible, and cost-effective approaches to eDiscovery and information management challenges.
- Conduct investigations, witness interviews, legal research, and fa ct analysis in support of litigation, employment, EH&S, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Participate in and provide support for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including preparation of exhibits, case materials, and litigation support resources.
- Apply legal technology, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and innovative workflows to improve discovery outcomes, manage risk, and increase op.
