Prepare foundational estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Prepare business organizational documents. Keep client files organized, manage attorney calendars, and help track important deadlines. What We're Looking For 2+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning. Strong Microsoft Office 365, PDF editing, legal software, proofreading, and communication skills. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, empathy, and attention to detail.
