A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

About Our Client Our client is a top global law firm. Job Description Prepare, review, and organize legal documents to support attorneys and the legal team. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation. Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Support the legal team in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence related to legal matters. The Successful Applicant A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have: Must have experience within Real Estate. Ability to go onsite 4 days a week in Boston. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing legal documents and tasks. Experience with legal research and drafting legal documents. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with legal teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in legal software and document management systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment. Familiarity with legal terminology and processes within the business services industry.
