Coast to Coast Closings is seeking a Junior Real Estate Paralegal to support our attorneys and paralegals and help keep residential and commercial real estate transactions moving smoothly from opening through closing. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys client interaction and wants to grow in real estate law. What You'll Do  Open and maintain transaction files in Qualia and keep calendars and deadlines current  Gather property and transaction information, including deeds, MLS and tax records  Order MLCs, title work, plot plans, mortgage payoffs and other closing documentation  Prepare client and transaction correspondence, engagement letters and file materials  Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, real estate agents and other parties  Provide day-to-day administrative and closing support to the legal team What We're Looking For  Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through  Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines and priorities  Professional, responsive communication and a team-first attitude  Comfort with technology and learning new systems; Qualia experience is a plus  Prior experience in a law firm, real estate, mortgage, title or professional office environment is helpful, but strong transferable skills are welcome Why CTC Closings?
