This is a critical client-facing role focused on case acquisition and serves as the first point of contact for potential clients. We are looking for a professional who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with prospective clients to gather case details Evaluate the merit of potential cases and onboard eligible clients Enter and update case information in our case management software Prepare and send retainer agreements to new clients Coordinate initial medical treatment for clients Draft and send letters of representation to relevant parties

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a law firm Experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice law Strong communication skills and ability to build client trust and rapport Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with basic computer applications and office software Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented This is a high-volume position that requires exceptional client service and multitasking ability.
