The Litigation Legal Assistant is responsible for managing case files, preparing court filings, coordinating deadlines, maintaining litigation documents, and providing administrative support to litigation teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and demonstrates exceptional client service and teamwork. Work will primarily be

with some hybrid opportunities depending on caseload and schedules. Essential Responsibilities Prepare, format, proofread, and electronically file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and correspondence. Coordinate federal and state court filings, including e-filing through court systems. Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates. Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files. Assist with discovery, document production, and exhibit preparation. Schedule meetings, depositions, and client conferences. Prepare engagement letters, conflict checks, expense reports, and client correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements and provide support for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Manage attorney time entry, billing assistance, and administrative requests. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience preferred. Experience with court filing systems, litigation procedures, and legal document preparation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems (iManage experience preferred). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
