Legal Assistant - Administrative Law Offices of Michael Caine Southfield, MI Job Details $18 - $22 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Research High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We're searching for an office/legal assistant to provide administrative support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, yet relaxed atmosphere. Applicants should possess excellent communication and computer skills. The ideal applicant is a self-motivated, multi-talented, well-organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks with intelligence combined with a healthy amount of common sense. Experience in the legal field is a plus.
Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
BOE Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients Communicate with third parties Document preparation (applications, forms, correspondence, etc.) Court filings (physical delivery and online) Online research General office support Calendar management
Invoicing Qualifications:
Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus About Company Small law office, specializing in probate and estate planning services. Also performs a variety of trust administration and investigative services.
