Full Job Description Description:
As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support in matters related to landlord-tenant cases. Your role will involve assisting attorneys, preparing legal documents, and interacting with others. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the landlord-tenant relationship and the related laws and regulations and a proven track record of supporting legal professionals in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
Experience with Landlord-Tenant case filings, e-filing, court scheduling and drafting of pleadings is required. Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, eviction notices, and other legal documents Communicate with clients, tenants, and opposing counsel to gather necessary information Prepare file (including e-filing) and organize documents for court filings and hearings. Assist in case management, including scheduling and calendaring and maintain accurate and up-to-date legal files Provide administrative support to attorneys and collaborate with other legal assistants and paralegals on the team to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction Must exemplify good computer and telephone skills and be well organized. Must be a team player who possesses a great work ethic, is self-motivated, professional, is comfortable learning new skills, and takes direction well.
