Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced practicehandling a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation files and case deadlines for a high-volume personal injury caseload. Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other case-related documents. Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and related materials, while maintaining communication with clients, providers, insurers, experts, and opposing counsel. Assist attorneys with filings, depositions, mediations, hearings, trial preparation, and other litigation support needs. Qualifications At least 3 years of true hands-on litigation experience in a paralegal role is required. Personal injury experience is required, including work involving automobile accidents, slip-and-fall matters, and general personal injury cases. Strong knowledge of court procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
