MUST HAVES

Extensive years of paralegal experience, with substantial hands-on experience preparing employment-based/business immigration cases.

Strong experience with employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including visa extensions, amendments, and employment-based green card processes.

Ability to independently manage multiple cases, deadlines, documents, and client communications in a high-volume environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the professionalism to work directly with attorneys, corporate clients, and employees.

Strong MS Office, Adobe, and technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate immigration case-management systems.

Range:

95k-105k This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
