LLT Services Job Summary:
This position will be part of a dynamic team, working with the Landlord Tenant Services Attorney and other Legal Assistants in the department in all stages of the eviction process, including but not limited to responding to client inquiries, preparing and filing petitions, motions, and notices with the Courts, and preparing judgments and exhibits for client files for return dates, reappearances, and trials. Salary commensurate on experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Filing documents with Missouri Courts through CaseNet
  • Creating and preparing eviction files for court hearings
  • Communicating with and sending documents to process servers to serve
  • Responding to client inquiries and updating clients on the status of their evictions
  • Calendaring court hearings and eviction process deadlines
  • Working independently and managing his/her own clients and files
  • Performing other related duties as directed
Required Excellent Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to set goals and achieve them with minimal supervision
  • Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced stressful environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel) Expected hours: 37.
