Litigation Paralegal (PERM) Full-Time | Onsite - Springfield, MA | $25-$32/hour + Bonus Opportunities Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a role where you can work closely with knowledgeable attorneys, take ownership of your work, and make a meaningful impact on client cases? A well-respected Springfield area law firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys being an integral part of the litigation process. You'll work directly with experienced attorneys, supporting cases from the early stages of litigation through settlement and trial preparation. The role offers a good mix of client interaction, case management, legal drafting, discovery, and trial support, so no two days are exactly alike. What You'll Do Partner closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward Maintain accurate case information and status updates in the firm's case management system Communicate with clients and assist with obtaining outstanding medical records and bills Prepare medical treatment and billing summaries Communicate with witnesses and obtain statements Draft Complaints and outgoing discovery requests E-file Complaints, discovery motions, and other legal documents Work directly with clients to assist with discovery responses Manage attorney calendars and coordinate depositions and other litigation events Review and summarize large volumes of discovery Prepare statutory certifications of medical records for trial Prepare settlement releases and settlement accountings Follow established procedures and attorney direction while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities Work collaboratively with attorneys and colleagues while maintaining professionalism, respect, and integrity What We're Looking For At least 2 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred) Bachelor's degree required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating directly with clients and witnesses Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by being part of a team Professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to doing quality work This is an opportunity to join a team where your experience and contributions matter.
