🚨 Are you a seasoned Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced closing environment? If you have SoftPro experience and know how to balance Closing Disclosures with lenders , I'd love to speak with you! Our client is a well-established, service-focused law firm in Asheville, North Carolina , looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. ✅
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience
  • Hands-on SoftPro experience (required)
  • Experience balancing Closing Disclosures/Settlement Statements with lenders
  • Knowledge of North Carolina real estate closings and title insurance
  • Experience coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, HOAs, and title companies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 📋
Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and manage residential & commercial real estate files
  • Prepare Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and loan packages
  • Review lender instructions and coordinate funding
  • Schedule and facilitate closings (in-person & remote)
  • Handle post-closing recording, disbursements, and file completion
  • Order title work and review commitments
  • Assist with North Carolina business formations and HOA lien filings Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
