Job Description

Real Estate Paralegal Job Responsibilities Obtain information from purchase and sale contracts Maintain client files Calendar All Critical dates and contingencies in client files Coordinate closings with all parties in the transaction, including the buyer, sellers, title insurance company, opposing counsel, and lenders. Prepare closing documents and closing reports for signing. Organize closing funds After the closing has taken place, paralegals record all required real estate documents and financial statements. When the recorded documents have been returned, they prepare a closing binder that contains copies of all documents for office files, lender and clients. Prepare all mailings for all payoffs and closing packages to lenders and for client payoffs.' '
