This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with a collaborative culture and sophisticated estate planning and administration practice. The ideal candidate will have strong trust and estate experience, exceptional communication skills, and a professional presence. Tax experience is highly preferred, and a background in accounting, finance, or mathematics is a plus. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with estate planning, will and trust drafting, and wealth transfer strategies. Manage probate and trust administration matters from inception through closing. Review wills, trusts, county records, and other related legal documents. Prepare and file probate forms and related court filings. Communicate with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other parties involved in estate administration. Prepare inventories, accountings, asset transfer documents, and estate administration correspondence under attorney supervision. Maintain case files, track deadlines, and enter attorney time. Support attorneys with tax-related matters associated with estate and trust administration. Qualifications 5+ years of trust and estate paralegal experience preferred; strong candidates with less experience will be considered. Experience with estate administration and probate proceedings. Knowledge of wills, trusts, fiduciary responsibilities, and related documentation. Tax experience strongly preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework or a degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Pay Details:
