Job Description

Top local real estate title company is looking for a senior transaction processor to help manage transactions throughout the entire home selling and buying process from contract to close. The ideal candidate is an attention to detail person with proven customer service skills. We offer a competitive compensation package. Prior experience in the title and closing industry is preferred. Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close Support agents, clients, and other parties with documentation, and regularly follow up on all escrow-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Confirm that all documentation has the appropriate signatures and dates so the home sale process is completed as smoothly and as quickly as possible Attend the closing process to assist and schedule important information like moving times Review and clear title issues and coordinate with lenders to clear all requirements
Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience Able to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accurately

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
