Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our office. You will provide comprehensive legal support with matters related to Family Law, ensuring smooth case management and efficient legal processes. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Manage case files and documents ensuring proper filing, organization, and confidentiality. Support litigation processes by reviewing documents, preparing discovery materials, and maintaining case calendars. Communicate effectively with clients and ensure proper client management. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing deadlines, and facilitating financial discovery compliance. Qualifications Proven paralegal experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading accuracy is essential. Experience with document review, litigation support, and procedural law knowledge to ensure compliance with court requirements. Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for document creation and data management. Exceptional client communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling sensitive information discreetly. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team; demonstrated project management capabilities are a plus.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
