The firm focuses on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Workers' Compensation, and Employment & Labor Law and is committed to providing exceptional client service and legal advocacy.This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized professional who enjoys working directly with clients and serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Conduct client intake interviews in both Spanish and English.
Gather, review, and document relevant information regarding potential legal matters.
Organize intake information for attorney evaluation and review.
Maintain accurate client records within the firm's case management system.
Follow up with prospective clients and assist with onboarding new clients.
Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with individuals facing challenging circumstances.
Assist with intake-related administrative and legal support duties as needed.
