This role will support the firm's attorneys with estate administration, trust management, probate matters, and related tax and accounting work. The ideal candidate will bring strong Trust & Estates experience and a thorough understanding of the tax side of trust and estate administration. Responsibilities Manage estate administration matters from opening through closing, including probate filings Prepare and review estate and trust accountings Assist with federal and state estate and gift tax returns, including Forms 706 and 709 Support the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, including Form 1041 Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Coordinate with accountants, financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other involved parties Track tax filing deadlines, court submissions, and estate administration timelines Maintain estate and trust files, asset inventories, records, and correspondence Qualifications At least three years of experience as a Trust & Estates Paralegal Strong knowledge of the tax and accounting aspects of estate and trust administration Hands-on experience with estate and trust accountings and fiduciary tax returns Familiarity with New Jersey probate and estate administration procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with estate accounting software is preferred

Pay:
