Seeking a Full-Time Receptionist/Legal Assistant for established Hasbrouck Heights Law Firm specializing in Personal Injury Matters. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish . Law firm or insurance claims experience a plus but will train eager individual with good communication and computer skills. Our Law Firm has been in business for more than 30 years. We have two (2) office locations. This job opportunity is for our Bergen County office which is located in a prime office building with parking for all employees. Responsibilities include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting clients and visitors, distributing incoming mail, responding to emails, opening new client files, data entry and scanning documents. An ideal candidate must arrive on time, follow through on assignments, communicate respectfully with clients, coworkers and attorneys. Must be a team player and be willing to help wherever needed and contribute to a positive office environment. Health benefits are offered after 90 days.
