Candidate should be friendly, dependable and flexible. Additionally, candidate should have good communication skills, accuracy and ability to multi-task. Previous experience in a law office is required. Duties include, but are not limited to: Communicate effectively with the elderly and their care givers; Excellent attention to detail; Ability to prepare and submit Medicaid applications; Ability to handle estate administration documents including preparing and filing probate documents, and correspondence to clients and beneficiaries; Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service; Ability to exercise good judgment, be highly organized and proactive; Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; Notary Public license not required, but preferred.
