Location:
Paramus, NJ - This is a full-time, 100% on-site position where you'll work closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.
Note:
Applicants must have at least 2 years of personal injury law experience. Experience with New York and New Jersey no-fault claims is highly preferred. Job Description Manage pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement preparation. Monitor clients' medical treatment and case progress. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their claims. Request, review, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation. Respond to insurance carrier requests and correspondence. Prepare and assemble medical demand packages. Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files. Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to keep cases moving efficiently. Assist with additional pre-litigation case management responsibilities as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience. Strong understanding of personal injury pre-litigation procedures. Knowledge of New York and New Jersey no-fault claims preferred. Excellent organizational and file management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
