Job Description

Junior Paralegal Archer & Greiner ("Archer"), P.C., one of the region's leading full-service law firms, is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join our Healthcare Practice Group in our Princeton, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At Archer, our paralegals are valued members of the legal team, working alongside attorneys and senior paralegals to support clients across a wide range of matters. Our Healthcare Practice Group serves a diverse range of clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physician groups, and other healthcare providers and institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career paralegal looking to build foundational skills in a collegial, professional environment with the support of an experienced legal team.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with all aspects of healthcare and elder law matters, including preparation for hearings, court filings, and depositions.
  • Review, organize, and analyze documents, expert reports, and case materials.
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
  • Perform data entry and data analysis in support of active matters.
  • Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documents are organized, accurate, and readily accessible.
  • Coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks in support of the practice group, including managing deadlines and tracking case status.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
  • One to three years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $56,000, commensurate with experience.
