Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with all aspects of state and federal appeals related to healthcare matters, as well as assistance with estates matters, including preparation for hearings, court filings, and depositions.
- Review, organize, and analyze documents, expert reports, and case materials.
- Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Perform data entry and data analysis in support of active matters.
- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documents are organized, accurate, and readily accessible.
- Coordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks in support of the practice group, including managing deadlines and tracking case status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- One to three years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $56,000, commensurate with experience.Benefits include:
