Our client is an estate planning law firm looking for a Wills, Trusts & Estates Paralegal who wants to grow with the firm named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies as the firm continues expanding its practice and team. As a paralegal on our team, you'll play an essential role in that process, working closely with attorneys and clients on estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration matters. What you'll do Assist attorneys with preparing and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents. Support probate and trust and estate administration matters, including preparing filings, gathering asset information, and organizing supporting records. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals to obtain information and keep matters moving. Coordinate document signings, assist with trust funding and asset transfers, and follow through on outstanding items. Manage deadlines, maintain accurate matter records, and help ensure clients receive timely updates. Contribute ideas that improve how we organize our work and serve our clients. What you'll bring Prior paralegal experience in estate planning, probate, or trust and estate administration. Experience in New Jersey or New York is a plus. Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and follow through consistently. A professional, empathetic approach to client communication, including sensitive family situations. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Initiative, sound judgment, and an interest in continuing to develop professionally. Experience across every area of trusts and estates is not required.
