Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with review of title reports, commitments, and surveys Preparing title and survey summaries and analyzing and correcting title defects Supporting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions Drafting closing documents and managing post-closing matters Handling deal files and maintaining deal checklist Maintaining correspondence with clients Preparing entity formation and organizational documents Traveling, as needed, to meet clients and attend closings
Requirements:
4+ years of recent experience in commercial real estate at a law firm Bachelor's Degree Commitment to client service Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
