This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, providing essential support to attorneys and clients while ensuring efficient case management and document handling. Duties Manage and maintain legal files. Type, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, pleadings and correspondence with precision. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading and maintaining organized records of legal documents. Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or firm initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in a legal administrative role within a law office setting. Demonstrated experience in typing, proofreading and document review. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Excellent phone etiquette along with clerical experience in filing and data entry is essential.
