Paralegal - Commercial Litigation

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Draft, review and prepare litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, motions and correspondence. Organize and manage case files in both electronic and physical formats, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date indexing. Assist attorneys with all aspects of discovery: document collection, e-discovery platforms, production and review. Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy and motion practice. Prepare exhibits, witness lists, trial notebooks; assist in trial and hearing preparation and support. Monitor court dockets, track deadlines and ensure compliance with state and federal procedural rules. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts and expert witnesses.

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
