Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Paralegal

Job Description

Busy Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for an experienced Trial Litigation Paralegal who can handle/assist attorneys in civil litigated cases from start to finish. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Applicable Nevada and Federal knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc. Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail Communications with client, medical providers, other law firms and Courts. Scheduling and coordinating depositions E-Filing Scheduling, calendaring and follow ups Keeping track of deadlines Reviewing medical records and billing Trial preparation skills This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to be able to multitask. A minimum of five (5) years' litigation assistant/paralegal experience and a minimum of three (3) years of Plaintiff Nevada Law experience is required. Bilingual is plus but not necessary. Knowledge of Needles Case Management software is preferred but not necessary. The office is friendly, laid back and supportive.
