It would be beneficial if the candidate is already a Notary Public and has their notary seal. Responsibilities Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence with clients and witnesses. Coordinate depositions, interviews, and client meetings; prepare summaries and reports for attorney review. Manage deadlines for filings, court appearances, and document submissions in accordance with procedural law requirements. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling client records and case materials with precision. Support litigation workflows through project management skills, ensuring timely progression of cases from inception to resolution. Requirements Strong knowledge of procedural law, document review processes, and legal case management systems such as PCLaw or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), legal research tools (LexisNexis and Westlaw). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
