Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join our busy Estates & Trusts team resident in our Buffalo office. In this role, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and help deliver efficient, cost‑effective representation to our clients. Your work will focus primarily on Surrogate's Court matters, including all aspects of estate and trust administration. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. An associate's degree in paralegal studies or bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, or some other closely related field, with a minimum of two years in a paralegal role is required.
