Job Description

Job Summary Super Associates PC is a boutique law firm headquartered in Garden City, New York, specializing in NY No-Fault Collections, Commercial Litigation, Healthcare Consulting, and Medical Billing . We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our team as a full-time Paralegal. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on, substantive legal experience before attending law school or pursuing a long-term career in the legal profession. You will work closely with our attorneys and senior staff to aggressively push claims forward, manage cases, and support our growing practice.
Responsibilities Case Management:
Assist in organizing, maintaining, and tracking client case files throughout the lifecycle of litigation and arbitration.
Administrative Operations:
Manage daily legal correspondences, calendar court/arbitration deadlines, and input file data efficiently.
Document Preparation:
Help compile evidence, organize medical records, and prepare necessary documents for independent medical examination (IME) rebuttals, examinations under oath (EUO), arbitrations and court submissions.
Legal Claims Support & Reporting:
Communicate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and claims professionals regarding unpaid or improperly denied claims.
Requirements Education:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree (all majors are welcome; Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, English, or History preferred).
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail, organization, and proofreading capabilities; proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace); ability to learn specialized legal billing and case management platforms quickly.

Pay:
$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
