Duties Assist attorneys with case preparation. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and correspondence with precision and clarity. Manage case files efficiently using document management systems like TrialWorks. Support litigation processes through document review, filing court documents, and maintaining litigation calendars. Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information and facilitate communication between clients and attorneys. Organize and coordinate project management tasks related to personal injury cases. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with procedural law requirements. Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in personal injury law. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence that are clear, precise and professional. Effective client communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining strict adherence to privacy standards.
