Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support complex real estate transactions, legal research, and document management within a fast-paced law office environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and a strong foundation in various legal areas to help facilitate smooth operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position is perfect for someone looking to apply their paralegal expertise in a collaborative setting while maintaining flexible hours. Duties Assist with real estate transactions, including title searches, due diligence, and preparing closing documents Draft and review of residential real estate contracts Preparation of deeds and transfer documents Preparation of closing packages Regular communication with lenders, clients, title companies, borrowers and attorney Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling client inquiries and internal communications Experience Paralegal certificate is helpful, but not required Must have 3+ years of residential real estate closing experience in a law firm setting Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Must be proactive and a self-starter Have strong attention to detail and accuracy Must have the ability to multitask Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment This is a part-time position for which only qualified candidates will be considered.
