A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management and daily litigation support tasks.Establish and maintain claims with insurance companies.
Organize, prepare, and electronically file pleadings and legal documents.
Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and deadlines.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.Experience supporting attorneys in a litigation or personal injury practice preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
