Job Description
Prestigious, full service, Long Island law firm seeks experienced Trusts & Estates litigation paralegal (with at least 3 years' experience) to join our growing Trusts and Estates litigation practice. The candidate should have significant experience in the field of trusts and estates litigation including, but not limited to, probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court matters. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing and filing pleadings via NYSCEF, managing calendars, coordinating service of process and filings, organizing document productions and assisting with discovery, depositions and trial preparation. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized and have demonstrated ties to Long Island. The firm's office is centrally located on Long Island in one of the region's premier buildings.
