Responsibilities Draft legal documents including pleadings, memos, correspondence, and discovery requests with precision and clarity Review documents for accuracy, relevance, and confidentiality while maintaining strict adherence to procedural law standards Support client communication through professional phone etiquette and timely updates on case progress Coordinate meetings, interviews, and court filings while ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism at all times Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document review, data entry, and maintaining organized records Experience Paralegal experience or equivalent legal support experience in a law office setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration Experience handling procedural aspects of litigation including filing procedures and document review processes Knowledge of legal drafting techniques and supporting attorneys in preparing comprehensive legal documents Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about supporting impactful legal work across multiple practice areas! Pay:
