Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) Oklahoma City, OK | Hybrid (3 Days In Office) A respected Oklahoma organization is seeking a Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) to support its General Counsel and legal team on a variety of trust administration, corporate governance, transactional, and legal operations matters.

What You'll Do:

Support trust and estate administration activities Maintain corporate records and governance documents Assist with M&A transactions, due diligence, and data rooms Manage legal projects, research, and compliance initiatives Partner with attorneys, executives, trustees, and outside advisors

What We're Looking For:

$77,000 - $88,000 +
