Job Description

Proxy Legal Search has partnered with a growing in-house client to identify a Corporate Paralegal to support its executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and handling a broad range of real estate, compliance, and contract matters. Responsibilities Draft, review, and proofread a variety of legal documents, including real estate documents, commercial contracts, service agreements, and corporate correspondence. Review, maintain, and manage commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Research state and local business licensing requirements and ensure ongoing compliance. Review and maintain corporate records, deeds, and other legal documents. Monitor contractor licensing requirements and other state-specific regulatory obligations. Organize and maintain legal files using a document management system. Provide administrative and legal support to the executive team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal or legal secretary, preferably in a real estate or corporate environment Experience reviewing commercial contracts and corporate legal documentation. Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
