Collaborative, accountable, and results-focused What You'll Do Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Review and organize medical records and billing Assist attorneys with case development and settlement preparation Track deadlines and keep cases moving efficiently What We're Looking For 1-4 years of legal and/or insurance experience (auto insurance strongly preferred) Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (auto and health) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What Makes Someone Successful Here You'll thrive in this role if you are: Confident and personable —especially on the phone Empathetic and able to build trust with clients Clear, professional, and persuasive in communication Quick-thinking and comfortable making real-time decisions Organized , detail-oriented, and proactive Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment This position is in an office setting in Alameda.
