About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EOIR Immigration Paralegal fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to join our immigration law team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of immigration paralegal experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on experience with EOIR proceedings and removal defense cases . Experience handling removal defense, asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, motions to reopen or reconsider, Master Calendar Hearings, and Individual Hearings is highly preferred. The ideall candidate is proactive, organized, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of an active caseload in a fast-paced immigration law environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and attorneys are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of EOIR and removal defense cases. Prepare and assist with filings before Immigration Court and EOIR. Prepare applications, motions, supporting documentation, exhibits, and evidence for attorney review. Track master calendar hearings, individual hearings, filing deadlines, and court requirements. Assist attorneys with hearing preparation. Communicate with clients regarding case updates, documents, deadlines, and hearings. Review court notices, decisions, and orders and promptly communicate relevant information to the attorney. Maintain accurate case notes and organized electronic case files. Monitor case deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Coordinate with attorneys and other paralegals to keep cases progressing. Identify potential case issues and escalate them to the supervising attorney. Perform additional immigration-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of immigration paralegal experience. EOIR/removal defense experience strongly preferred. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong English communication skills. Knowledge of Immigration Court procedures and EOIR filings. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and client-focused approach. Experience with case management software is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Salary:
