Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Appellate e-filing experience is preferred. Job duties :
  • Prepare, edit and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Schedule depositions
  • Coordinate mailings, deliveries, copy jobs and court (paper and electronic) filings where appropriate
  • Perform administrative tasks, special projects and overflow assignments as requested
  • Manage attorney calendars, email traffic, phone calls, and mail.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, courts, agencies and firm personnel in a professional manner via telephone, email and in person
  • Prepare and submit expenses and invoices for payment and submit check requests as needed
  • Maintain client and firm files; open and close files according to Firm procedures
  • Maintain databases with client records and documents
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures; manage work hours and annual leave effectively to ensure high levels of service to firm attorneys
