Job Description

We are seeking a team member for a part-time position (35 hours weekly M-Th for 8 hours; and remote for 3 hours each Friday morning ) at our growing Estate Planning and Elder Law practice, with the potential to lead to a full-time position. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for the law firm. The objective of this role is to assist in all front office activities to ensure excellent client care. Ideal candidates will be able to handle incoming calls, schedule phone and in-person appointments, respond to emails, take messages, greet clients and visitors to our office, sort and distribute mail, order office supplies as needed, as well as day-to-day office duties such as copying, scanning, filing, etc., and assisting with work overflow. This position is client facing and involves meeting with clients for signing and planning meetings. One year of legal experience is necessary. We are willing to train an exceptional candidates. As a firm that promotes from within, we are looking for an individual who would want to increase their responsibilities and grow professionally within the law firm. Must have Notary License, or willing to achieve Notary license within first thirty days of employment. We are a family-friendly law firm that succeeds only through our employees.
Receptionist Requirements:

Job Type:
Part-time (35 hours per week) Monday through Thursday normal business hours; Friday work remote for three hours Friday morning.
Salary:
Starting salary: $19 to $24 hourly (depending on experience)
