Competitive salary Paid time off Litigation Paralegal - RAK Law RAK Law is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) that is primarily remote, with required in-office presence twice per month . Key Responsibilities Draft, file, and manage motions, answers, and responses Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs Respond to discovery requests (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, etc.) Conduct legal research and case investigations Organize and maintain case files, ensuring court-ordered deadlines are met Draft correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel Provide trial support, including attending court sessions and recording case information Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Certified Paralegal (CP) through the National Association of Legal Assistants Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies from an accredited institution Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida Bar Minimum of 3 years' litigation paralegal experience
Additional Requirements:
