This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys working in a high-volume commercial litigation practice, supporting multiple attorneys, and playing an active role throughout the litigation process—including attending trials, which the firm highly values. Responsibilities:
Draft routine legal documents, correspondence, and other litigation-related materials Collect, organize, review, and manage case files, records, and evidence Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery, including document review and e-discovery Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial Attend trials and provide onsite litigation support when needed Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Coordinate document productions and maintain litigation databases Support multiple attorneys simultaneously while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines Communicate with attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors Maintain case calendars and ensure all filing and litigation deadlines are met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience supporting a high-volume litigation practice preferred Ability to effectively support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment Experience attending trials and providing onsite trial support is a significant plus Strong trial preparation experience, including preparing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders Experience with e-discovery software Excellent computer and technology skills Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
